A couple of realy recommendable books

• "Scaling Lean & Agile Development" by Craig Larman
• "Practices for Scaling Lean & Agile Development" by Craig Larman

... thinking and organizational Tools and prectices for Large-scale Scrum actions.

Both books very descriptive, full of explanations, pro's & cons and often a very analytic approach to the conclusions.

Though I'm missing evidence like project recording, KPA's and other informations like actual measurements on the organizations- or projects performance figures ...

Both a very good descriptive 'reading' for the transisions phases, the pitfals and a lot of good practices. All from a varirity of companies, teams and people skills.

I would recommend buying - of cause reading them often!
